McGinley Campus Center

The McGinley Campus Center on Fordham University’s Rose Hill campus is a 13,000 sq ft renovation of the existing student center. The custom linoleum floor pattern in the main lounge area zones the uses within the space and recalls the building's mid-century modern antecedents.

In addition to reorganizing the space, the project’s new lounge furniture, area rugs, lighting, and drapery enhance the students’ experience. The new lounge furniture is durable and comfortable, but most importantly, it is easy to move to accommodate the different events that are hosted daily.
