
Campus Center
Serving as a nucleus for existing and future campus facilities at the SUNY College at Old Westbury, the Campus Center collects major vehicular and pedestrian circulation systems.
Core West, the first phase of this project, includes a central forum, exhibition gallery, cafeteria, bookstore, recital hall, seminar, and conference rooms, student activities, administration offices, music, dance, and visual arts facilities, and a resource production center.The central forum is a fusion of several individual lobbies, lounges, and exhibition areas into a single, cohesive, multipurpose space.
The second phase includes the 400-seat Theater, a 350,000-volume library, administrative offices, a computer center, and a print shop.
