    • Post Office Square



    Adjacent to a historic former US Post Office in downtown White Plains, Post Office Square is the winning entry of a limited design competition for a mixed-use, mid-rise building.  The project has two phases. In the first phase, the old 32,000 sq ft post office is renovated into facilities for the New York State Executive Department.

    The second phase consists of retail space, 250 parking spaces, and 115 one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominium apartments The penthouse floor has a private health club and swimming pool.
