Keating Hall

Keating Hall is the Collegiate Gothic centerpiece of Fordham’s Rose Hill campus and its main classroom building. The renovation of the 36,000 sq ft building had six phases to accommodate seven academic departments and the academic calendar.

The project’s three main goals were to renovate the existing spaces for new academic programs, to provide a new entrance with an elevator to make the building accessible; and to replace the existing roof, skylights, and mechanical systems. The original campus cafeteria was transformed into the home of the renowned campus public radio station, WFUV.
