University Hall

The 25,000 sq ft fourth-floor renovation of University Hall at Columbia University includes new recreational and faculty locker rooms, an aerobics room, a crew team suite with aerobic and weight training rooms, coaches offices, and a rebuilt running track.

The existing McKim, Mead & White Beaux-Arts structure had been diminished by multiple additions.  Therefore, the renovation blends the new construction with the building’s original elements to form a more unified whole.
