Cristina Grajales & Lepn Tovar Galleries
Formerly a manufacturing shop, this 6,000-square-foot loft located at 152 West 25th St. in New York City was renovated to house new exhibition spaces for gallerists Christina Grajales and Leon Tovar.
The loft was loosely partitioned into thirds, providing Grajales and Tovar the space to run their independent galleries. The remaining square footage at the center of the plan, or ‘Third Room,’ is designed for collaborative curatorial projects, allowing for the cross-pollination of their artists, disciplines, and philosophies.
